CTI Logistics (CTI) has sold Ausplastics, our PVC injection moulded plumbing fittings business to New Zealand based plastics company Aqua Fit.
The business will continue to operate from the CTI owned Malaga facility. All Ausplastics’ employees will remain with the business.
The sale is a positive one for the Ausplastics’ team, as the new owners are experienced plastic industry professionals who are keen to grow the business.
The sale of Ausplastics is in line with CTI’s plan to focus on its core business of transport, logistics and security.
