CTI Logistics have recently purchased five new Western Star prime movers that will be in action for two of its North West heavy haulage companies, CTI Freightlines and Broome Freightlines.
Based at CTI Logistics new Hazelmere warehousing and distribution complex, CTI Freightlines provide scheduled services to Karratha and full trailer deliveries to other North West sites, while Broome Freightlines provides scheduled services to Broome direct from Perth.
These trucks can pull three trailers (triple road train) and carry a combined weight of 130 tonne.
In addition, CTI Logistics have also purchased four new Krueger 45 foot tautliners.
These trailers have a mezzanine floor to be able to double stack freight, and come with sliding gates for ease of unloading and safety for their drivers.
As a matter of interest, it takes our drivers 26 hours (including breaks) to get to Karratha and 44 hours (including breaks) to get to Broome.
